This is the first book from Brad Sugars in almost 10 years. This is for business owners, new or experienced, young or mature, who want to learn how to run a better business. If you've read few or none of Brad's previous 14 books, the information will captivate and amaze you. Many of the business principles taught in the series are not part of formal business education. Many seasoned business veterans will realize they have learned many of these lessons the "hard way". If you are familiar with Brad's previous books and his teaching on the 5 Ways, team-building, sales, and maketing strategies, much of the content here will be a review. Take heart, however, as there is some new material. I was glad to see the explanations of allowable acquisition cost and lifetime value, two concepts which are relevant to all industries. Another feature, The Ladder of Loyalty, provides helpful insight into customer development for the long term. There are thought-provoking exercises at the end of every chapter which makes this more of a workbook. I only got a short way into this book and was not following it very well. Practically put me to sleep a couple of times.I am a pretty smart cookie, but maybe I am not cut out to understand this subject... idk
