Not sure where the screen captures came from, if the author did not create them himself, he may be looking at legal problems for copyright infringement.Some pretty pictures, but I can get the same and more from Google and the minecraft wiki’s why should I pay for them? Way overpriced for what you get.Now if the author had done a decent job and shown half a dozen images for each build, showing various features with a description of how the feature was obtained or built; then maybe he would have produced something worth paying for.This is on an intellectual level of a stone, cute but not very bright, and it would take a very dim individual, someone who had never had a real book to call this a quality anything.Worth getting free, some pretty pictures at my fingertips, but don’t bother paying for it.One star I can’t score it any lower, though I would like to!!!!!Looks like lots of purchased reviews for this one, that’s my view from reading what’s being posted.Note the publication date of this book and the dates for reviews?
I don't know why someone is complaining, especially when its free. I love all these Minecraft books, they all have great ideas. Even if you know how to build some of the things, its great for beginners like myself. Adds challenge to the game, and then I start planning the cities I want to build. Get this while you can!

It was great, but no time was spent on explaining the designs until the end. I finished in 16 minutes, not counting the 2 hours I'll spend building.
It gets better in the end,not bad,not what I was expecting.It has some interesting ideas,I liked it although I don't know how many I would try to make.
I'm a GIRL and I still play mindcraft and this book has led me to building hotels, barns, cities, sports and entertainment! If you love mindcraft get this!!!!!! LOL!
